- Details of Disappearance:
- Jocelyn went missing from Springdale, Arkansas on December 20, 2014. Police think her mom, Gabriela Herrera Gonzalez, who didn’t have legal custody of Jocelyn, took her. A warrant was issued for Gabriela’s arrest in June 2015 because she broke the law by taking Jocelyn. Unfortunately, we don’t have any pictures or much information about Gabriela.
