He wears eyeglasses with brown plastic frames, and he had long sideburns and a mustache at the time of his disappearance.
Details of Disappearance:: On August 7, 1987, a cab driver named Akkerman disappeared in Spokane, Washington. He picked up a man near a hospital around midnight and said he was going to the Spokane Valley. Two hours later, his empty cab was found a few blocks away, parked strangely, with its doors unlocked and windows down. His knife was inside, but both his wallets (one with personal stuff, one for cab money) were gone. His boss and wife think he didn’t just leave; they believe something bad happened. Police never found the passenger, and the mystery remains unsolved.
