Details of Disappearance:: Chesley disappeared from his home on Peak View Drive in Oroville, California on February 24, 2014. He was doing yard work around 1:00 p.m. when he walked away and hasn’t been seen since. Police searched the area but couldn’t find him. He may have gotten a ride from someone. Chesley is a Korean War veteran, and while police don’t think anything bad happened to him, they’re worried because of his age and health. The case is still open and unsolved.
