- Details of Disappearance:
- Samen went missing from his group home in South Boston, Virginia on December 6, 2009, at 1:30 p.m. He walked away and was last seen for sure near Main and College Streets. People might have seen him later that evening near Broad and Charles Streets. After that, there were possible sightings of him heading north on Route 501 (L.P. Bailey Highway) and possibly in the Brookneal area.
Samen likes camping and surviving in the outdoors. He may have been walking or hitchhiking north. He has a large family, including four brothers and three sisters, many of whom live in New York. His father passed away in 2014. Not much is known about what happened to him.
