Details of Disappearance:: On January 6, 1983, a man named Boutin disappeared from Rawlins, Wyoming. He was taking a welding class and was last seen at the Carbon County Welding shop. He left everything behind at his trailer, and he hasn’t been seen or heard from since. His family says this is very unusual for him.
