- Two people, Iglesia-Alvarez and Ashley Cruz-Rodriguez, vanished from Midland, Texas in October 2015. Three years later, in February 2018, their bodies were found buried in a hole near West County Road 116. Police confirmed it was them in July of that year. They believe Angel Luis Lebron-Rivera, who the missing pair had been living with, is responsible, and have issued warrants for his arrest on two counts of murder.
