- Kozma disappeared from his Phoenix, Arizona home on November 20, 1996. He left a note saying he was going gold panning in the Superstition Mountains. Nobody knows for sure why he left, and since he had no family, his senior dance group reported him missing. He’s never been found. There isn’t much information about what happened to him.
