- Details of Disappearance:
- Smith disappeared from Santa Cruz, California on April 26, 1996. No one has seen or heard from him since. His car was found later, left on the side of Highway 9 (mile marker 26.86), with everything he owned still inside. We don’t know much about what happened to him. He was known to be a creative person who liked drawing and carving wood, even doing carvings on houses.
