Details of Disappearance:: On November 21, 1998, around 10 pm, O’Neal disappeared from his home in Ayden, North Carolina. He was seen getting into a white car driven by a man. Nobody has heard from him since. Unfortunately, the man who was driving the car has also died, making it even harder to find out what happened to O’Neal. There isn’t much information about his disappearance.
