Details of Disappearance:
On December 13, 2003, Taylor was seen getting ready for rain near a building by the river in Waggaman, Louisiana. He worked on boats on the Mississippi River. He disappeared that day and has never been found. Later, his hard hat was found in the river. Because of this, it’s believed he likely drowned. There isn’t much information about what happened.
