Details of Disappearance:: Rollins went missing in Cedar City, Utah on March 27, 2018. More than a year later, in December 2019, his body was discovered in a tunnel under Interstate 15. His wallet was still with him, and his identity was confirmed using dental records in January 2020. Police couldn’t figure out exactly how he died, but they don’t think anyone killed him.
