- Details of Disappearance:
- On January 8, 2009, at 4:15 pm, Tessmer was last seen at the Green Meadow Country Club near Pikeville, Kentucky. Police think he may have been drunk and fell into the Big Sandy River near Levisa Fork. They found his hat by the river, but despite a big search, they haven’t found him. He’s still considered a missing person.
