- On January 11, 1996, Karen was last seen playing outside her apartment building. She lived at Saguaro Crest Apartments on Valencia Street in Tucson, Arizona. She had been roller-skating with her sister and friends, went back inside to leave her skates, and then went back outside. That’s the last time anyone saw her.
