Details of Disappearance:
Kathleen Henson and her baby son, Royce, vanished from Tulsa, Oklahoma on March 23, 1979. Kathleen worked at a record store and had concert tickets. She told friends she was bringing them tickets that night but never arrived. She was driving her dad’s brown Chrysler.

Kathleen’s older son, Eamon, was with his dad that night. When he returned home, Kathleen was gone. Two days later, her car was found abandoned and oddly parked in Tulsa. Her purse, ID, and a few things were inside, but no money or baby supplies. There was no sign of a struggle at her home.

Before she disappeared, Kathleen said she was scared of a man involved in crime. At first, her family thought she ran away, but after weeks of silence, they feared something terrible happened.

Police initially did a cursory investigation but didn’t fully investigate until 1984, after her mother pressed them. Kathleen and Royce have never been found, and foul play is suspected. The case remains unsolved.
