- Kelli Cox vanished from Denton, Texas in July 1997. Years later, in 2016, a man already in prison for kidnapping, William Reece (who police think is a serial killer), told investigators where to find her body. He also led them to the body of another missing person, 17-year-old Jessica Cain, who disappeared from a different Texas town in August 1997. Kelli Cox’s body was found buried far away, nearly 300 miles from where she was last seen.
