- Watters vanished from Louisville, Kentucky in late November 1991. A year later, a body was found in the Ohio River, near Evans Landing in Indiana. Unfortunately, they couldn’t figure out who it was at the time. It wasn’t until August 2020 — 28 years later — that the body was finally identified as Watters. Police are now trying to find out what happened to him.
