Details of Disappearance:: Ridley disappeared from his home on Wesley Avenue in Catonsville, Maryland on October 24, 2010. He lived with family. Nobody has heard from him since. After he vanished, two unknown Black people (a man and a woman) used his food stamp/cash benefit card. Police think Ridley is still alive, but there isn’t much information about what happened to him.
