- Details of Disappearance:
- On June 20, 1995, a woman named Williams disappeared in La Mesa, California. She was with her boyfriend, Michael Greg Green, when a neighbor heard them fighting and called the police. When police arrived, Green had already left with Williams in his van; she was sitting up but didn’t seem to be moving. Green never went back to the apartment, except later that night to get his things. Williams was never seen again.
Before she disappeared, Williams said Green was abusive and she feared for her life. Although there was no body or confession, Green was convicted of Williams’ murder and the attempted murder of another woman. He’s in prison for 131 years to life. Because of what happened that night, police believe Williams was murdered, even though her body has never been found.
