- On September 8, 2015, Turner was last seen at a gas station in Austin, Texas. He called his wife at 11:15 a.m., sounding terrified. He said someone was chasing him and he was leaving his van. He told her where the van was and hung up.
His wife called the police, but they didn’t investigate for three days. The van was found where Turner said it would be, and the police took it for evidence. Turner has never been seen or heard from again. His phone hasn’t been used since.
Police are worried about Turner and think drugs or money might be involved, but his wife doesn’t believe that. The case is still a mystery.
