Details of Disappearance:
On April 26, 2011, a young woman named Brown disappeared in Northport, Alabama. She was going out to get food with a friend and never came back. This was the day before a huge tornado hit, killing 42 people. The place she was going to was right in the tornado’s path.

Her phone records show she was near Rosedale Apartments around 5:30 p.m. that day, and someone made a call from her phone just before the storm. Lots of people went missing after the tornado (around 600), but Brown is one of only four who are still missing.

Brown’s family doesn’t think the tornado killed her; they believe she might still be alive. Her sister thought she saw her at a nightclub in Tuscaloosa, but it wasn’t confirmed. Brown worked as an exotic dancer, a fact she kept secret from her family, and sometimes traveled for work. She graduated high school in 2008. The police haven’t solved her disappearance.
