- On December 20, 2010, in Patterson, Louisiana, a man named Mills fell off the Calumet Bridge into the water. People saw him walking along the bridge railing when he slipped and fell. He couldn’t swim and disappeared underwater. His body was never found, so it’s believed he drowned. Mills was from Georgia and working a construction job in Louisiana when this happened. He had a five-year-old daughter.
