Scott disappeared in Memphis, Tennessee. The last time anyone saw him was 6:00 a.m. on December 8, 2015. His girlfriend texted with him at 1:00 a.m. that morning; he said he was using his roommate’s car to visit a friend. The car was found later, but Scott wasn’t in it.
