- Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian male. Brown hair, green eyes. Lloyd’s teeth are very white, and he wore braces on the top and bottom teeth at the time of his disappearance. He has a scar on his upper right arm, a scar on the back of his right thigh, and a mole on his right cheek.
- Details of Disappearance:
- On June 3, 1985, Lloyd and his older friend, David, vanished. They went boating at East Canyon Reservoir with two other friends, leaving from Lloyd’s house. Later that day, Lloyd and David got separated from the group and disappeared. Nobody has seen or heard from them since.
They were last seen driving a brown Datsun car. Police don’t have much information and aren’t sure what happened – maybe an accident, maybe something worse. Lloyd’s and David’s families still live in Salt Lake City, and the case remains a mystery. The other friends who were with them that day are not considered suspects.
Lloyd was a well-liked kid, popular in his neighborhood. He loved music by Ted Nugent, Aerosmith, and AC/DC. He’d just finished middle school and wanted to be a doctor.
