Details of Disappearance:
One morning in June 1998, Cosby’s wife woke up to find him gone from their Texas cabin. The door was open, and witnesses saw him walking near a highway that morning. He’s never been seen or heard from since.

Police looked everywhere but found nothing. Cosby used to work at a shipyard in California before moving back to Texas. His family even checked around his old workplace, but the shipyard is closed now.

Investigators think he might have gotten a ride from someone who didn’t know he was missing, maybe heading towards California. He had a bit of gout in his foot the day before, but it didn’t stop him from walking. Cosby was independent but had dementia after a stroke in 1997.

Sadly, all his close family in Texas have since died or moved away, and the mystery of what happened to him remains unsolved.
