Details of Disappearance:
On July 18, 2012, a man named Stout disappeared from his home near Buckhannon, West Virginia. He left between 3 and 5 pm, telling his family he loved them and would be back. He was carrying a green bicycle frame and was going to meet a friend to fix it.

A few days later, his bike was found unrepaired behind a pharmacy.

Before he vanished, Stout said a man named Rodolfo Villagomez Correa (“Chino”) had threatened him with a gun. Stout tried to report this to the police, but they didn’t take his report.

It’s important to note that Correa was later convicted of murdering Joshua Oberg in January 2012. Oberg was having an affair with Correa’s wife, and Correa paid others to kill him. Stout also knew Correa’s wife, and there were rumors of a relationship between them, but this hasn’t been proven, and Correa hasn’t been connected to Stout’s disappearance.

Stout’s disappearance was unusual; he was close to his family, especially his sick mother, and he was a skilled carpenter and artist. The police haven’t solved his case.
