- Details of Disappearance:
- Nafar disappeared in Wichita, Kansas on February 25, 1983. He left his girlfriend’s place that morning to go home and get ready for work. He never made it. His yellow 1974 Chevy van was found burned and abandoned at a car wash in Augusta, Kansas that same night. The license plate was gone. Police think Nafar was murdered and are looking for his family to get DNA to help identify any unknown remains they might find.
