Details of Disappearance:
Perry went missing on February 23, 1995, from Fannin County, Texas. He was visiting a friend to go fishing. He felt chest pains and wanted to go to the hospital, but his friend couldn’t drive him that night. Perry drove himself, but never reached the hospital.

His family reported him missing two days later. Police found evidence he spent a night at a motel in Durant, Oklahoma, and may have gone to a cafe in Bennington, Oklahoma. Ten days after he disappeared, his truck was found abandoned near Bennington, with his belongings inside.

Perry had disappeared before, about 10 years earlier, after stopping his medication. He was found disoriented in the woods then. Why he disappeared in 1995 isn’t clear, and Texas police are still investigating.
