- Mark disappeared on June 7, 1990, after leaving DJ’s Bar in Rome, New York, around midnight. He was with his coworker, Douglas Goodwin. Both men vanished without a trace.
Mark had been drinking and might have been drunk when he left. He and Douglas may have been heading to Utica. It’s very strange because Mark left behind everything—his clothes, money, cigarettes, even his new shoes. His family didn’t report him missing right away because they thought he was with friends.
In 2001, someone was found using Mark’s identity in Missouri, but it wasn’t him; someone had stolen his information.
Mark’s family believes something bad happened to him. He wasn’t the type to just run away. The police have had no clues since 2001. Both Mark’s and Douglas’ disappearances remain mysteries.
