- On January 1, 2016, Johnson was last seen walking away from his apartment in Gallup, New Mexico. He was heading west on the trails by the aquatic center and then vanished. Nobody has seen or heard from him since.
Johnson sometimes lived on the streets and went to detox centers for help with addiction. He’d been at the Gallup Detox Center that very January. Because he often disappeared for long stretches, his family wasn’t worried at first. His wife only reported him missing on September 5th, almost nine months later.
He might have gone to Cortez, New Mexico, after he disappeared. Johnson had three children. There isn’t much information about what happened to him.
