Details of Disappearance:: Colter disappeared from his home on Erika Road in Orangeburg, South Carolina on November 17, 2003. His sister saw him last that evening and said he seemed unusual. The next day, his sister found his back door broken into, his house vandalized (things were damaged, and someone had made a mess inside), and Colter was gone. While there were some unconfirmed reports of people seeing him afterward, he’s never been found. Police think something bad happened to him. The case is still unsolved.
