- On October 4, 2007, Honomichl disappeared. She left her home in Peoria, Arizona at 9:00 a.m. in her tan 2000 Toyota Corolla (license plate 894-XVY). Later that day, she called her sister to say her car was out of gas. Her car was found abandoned at a truck stop in Dudleyville, Arizona—about 100 miles away—but Honomichl was never seen again. Not much is known about what happened to her.
