- In April 2003, Sheppard’s parents discovered he was selling drugs and asked him to move out of their Milan, Ohio home. Later that month, he visited them driving a new red Ford pickup truck. He said he was going to get license plates and would be back in two days. He never returned. The last time anyone saw him was May 8, 2003, and he’s been missing ever since.
