Details of Disappearance:: On December 16, 2021, Winn was arrested for drunk driving (DWI) in Chesterfield County, Virginia. He was released from jail without having to pay bail, but with a court date set for December 21st. His truck was taken by the police and his wallet, keys, and other belongings were still inside. The last time anyone saw him was when he left the courthouse that same day.
