- Details of Disappearance:
- Frazier disappeared after leaving a bar near Phillips Highway and Emerson Street in Jacksonville, Florida on July 10, 2015. Police think he was murdered.
The main suspect is Prentiss Rashan Hare (a photo is available). Hare was later convicted of killing Tiffany Chambers in Springfield, Ohio, in July 2015. He confessed to killing Chambers because she saw him kill Frazier. Hare’s girlfriend helped hide Chambers’ body, which wasn’t found until May 2016.
Hare is already in prison for life for another murder. He’s also suspected in four other killings of women involved in drugs and prostitution in the Springfield area.
Even though no one has been charged with Frazier’s murder, and his body hasn’t been found, police believe he was murdered because of the connection to Hare.
