- On May 19, 2018, Celli disappeared. He was last seen near the Reedy Point Bridge in Port Penn, Delaware, by the Delaware River. His car, a black 2006 Honda Accord (Delaware plates: 182940), was found nearby, abandoned on Route 9. Because he’s never been found, police believe he likely drowned in the river.
