- Details of Disappearance:
- Way disappeared in Atlanta, Georgia on March 25, 2002. He was last seen near Fisher Road. He had four children and three older siblings.
Police think Way was murdered. In 2011, they said they knew 10 to 13 people who might be responsible, some of whom were close to Way. They believed he was kidnapped from near Kerry Drive, killed elsewhere, and buried in the woods near the Old South Bend Cemetery. Police expected to make arrests quickly, but that never happened. They didn’t reveal the suspects’ names, and searches didn’t find his body.
Way’s case is still unsolved, and his mother passed away in 2010, years after he vanished.
