- On July 6, 2004, Collins disappeared after leaving a friend’s house in Laurel County, Kentucky. She went with a man and a woman, saying she was going to a fireworks show in London, Kentucky. No one has seen or heard from her since. Her family reported her missing four days later. Police haven’t ruled out foul play, and her mother thinks she was killed. Collins left behind two young daughters. Her mom said she seemed fine right before she vanished. There’s not much information known about what happened to her.
