- On August 8, 1987, Quintana disappeared from Santa Fe, New Mexico. She left her home to use a payphone and was last seen getting into a red Jeep at a shopping mall. Her truck was found at the mall.
Police think a cocaine dealer she knew might be involved. Her pager, which belonged to the dealer, went off just before she vanished. They were reportedly involved in a drug deal, and money was missing from her home after she disappeared. Both the dealer and her husband had later been jailed for drug offenses.
Quintana was a real estate agent. The case is unsolved, and police believe she was likely harmed.
