Details of Disappearance:

In 2006, Oliveras lived in Boston and went to visit his ex-girlfriend in Portland, Maine. She sent him bus money. He was last seen at her workplace, a nightclub, on September 3rd, around 1:00 a.m. He’d been asked to leave because he was telling men not to tip his ex-girlfriend. He left with a white man whose identity is unknown.

Oliveras had a difficult past and some legal problems. Police think someone from Boston is responsible for his disappearance. He had no car, phone, money, or job at the time, and his family says he always kept in touch with his mother – so vanishing without a word was very unusual. His ex-girlfriend helped the police and passed a lie detector test. The case remains unsolved.
