- Details of Disappearance:
- Zepedo disappeared on September 17, 1997, in Lyons, Illinois. He planned a trip to Traverse City, Michigan, and then Mexico to see his family. Nobody knows if he ever made it to Michigan. His family reported him missing on October 2nd. His car was found in Berwyn a month later. Police searched his old apartment building in Cicero in 2002 because someone said his body might be buried there, but they found nothing. What happened to Zepedo is still a mystery.
