- On March 4, 1984, Clavell disappeared. She’d been camping near where the Octoraro Creek and Susquehanna River meet in Port Deposit, Maryland. While walking along the river with her boyfriend, they parted ways. He went back to the campsite, but Clavell kept walking south. Nobody has seen or heard from her since. She was reported missing a few hours later, and the case is still a mystery.
