- On March 4, 2015, Collins disappeared. Someone saw her getting into a car with a Black man near U.S. Highway 15 South and Country Springs Drive in Sumter County, South Carolina. She’s never been seen or heard from since.
While Collins sometimes disappeared for a short time, she always contacted her son. Because she hasn’t, and because she struggled with drug addiction, police are worried she might be in trouble. The case is still a mystery.
