- Edberg disappeared in April 1999. He was last seen leaving a bar in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. A short time later, his truck was found in a ditch near Little Canada. He wasn’t in the truck, and there were no clues suggesting a crime. It looked like he simply missed his turn.
Edberg was going through a tough time: his parents were divorcing, he’d lost his job, and broken up with his girlfriend. The bartender at the bar said Edberg seemed unusually happy that night.
