- Distinguishing Characteristics African-American male. Black hair, brown eyes. Jay has a tattoo of a knife on one forearm and a tattoo of a spatula on the other forearm.
- Details of Disappearance:
- Jay disappeared on April 7, 2013. He was last seen around 9 pm in Oakland, California, near Broadway, dropping off keys for a friend. He never returned his rental car to the airport or delivered medicine to his dad, like he was supposed to. His unlocked car was found three days later, empty and undisturbed, in another part of Oakland. Jay never disappeared like this before, and hasn’t used his money or phone since. He was a cook. Police think something suspicious happened and the case is still open. Hayward police are investigating.
