- Baxter disappeared in February 2017. He worked at a Home Depot in Providence, Rhode Island, and left work on February 5th. He went to Kent Hospital that same day, and called his mom on February 6th from West Warwick, saying he was leaving the hospital. He never went home and hasn’t been seen or heard from since. There’s not much information about what happened to him.
