- Details of Disappearance:
- On February 28, 2007, around 6:00 PM, Ogans was seen biking near Admiral and Sheridan roads in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He disappeared and hasn’t been seen or heard from since. He left a note saying he was visiting a friend, but he didn’t take anything with him. His family reported him missing the following month.
