- Details of Disappearance:
- On May 23, 2019, in Riley Park, Delphi, Indiana, Owen was playing near a creek (Deer Creek) when he fell in. The creek was swollen from a recent storm. People saw him struggling in the water before the current carried him away. Even though they searched the creek and the river (Deer Creek flows into the Wabash River), they never found Owen’s body, only his shoes. Because of this, everyone believes he drowned, even though his body was never recovered.
