- Details of Disappearance:
- Pow disappeared from her home in Aberdeen, South Dakota on April 17, 2016. Her husband came home from the park with their baby at 7 pm to find her gone. Their older son said she left with a man in a car, but he didn’t know the man.
Pow didn’t go to her job at the meatpacking plant and hasn’t been seen or heard from since. Her husband didn’t report her missing for over a week because everyone mistakenly thought she was with friends or family.
Pow and her husband are from Thailand. They moved to Nebraska first, then to Aberdeen two years before she vanished. A few months after Pow disappeared, her husband moved back to Nebraska with their kids.
Before she disappeared, Pow and her husband were fighting. She’d started a new job and a new relationship, and even blocked her husband on Facebook. While she’d left home for a few days before, she always came back. This time was different; she left everything behind, including her phone, which has been off ever since. Police checked, and she’s not with her new boyfriend. Her disappearance is a mystery and remains unsolved.
