Details of Disappearance:
On December 19, 2007, Watson left her mom’s house in Lake Charles, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. She didn’t have any money, ID, or her medication with her. Nobody has seen or heard from her since.

About two weeks later, on January 1, 2008, her green 1992 Ford Ranger truck was found abandoned on Interstate 10 near Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The truck had gas in it and was drivable. Her keys and journal were inside. The journal showed she’d stopped taking medicine for her bipolar disorder two days before she disappeared.

That same day, someone said they saw Watson at an Albertson’s grocery store asking for money for food, but this hasn’t been proven.

Watson had recently moved from Houston, Texas (where she lived for 21 years) to Alexandria, Louisiana. She was the youngest of ten siblings.

The police still don’t know what happened to her. Her case is unsolved.
