Details of Disappearance:: Kelly went missing from his Saginaw, Michigan home on May 16, 2018. He left on foot and was last seen on South Michigan Avenue. Someone saw him near Lucky’s Bar in Bay City (a different town) around midnight on June 10th, but after that, he vanished. Not much is known about what happened to him.
